Legal Aid is no longer available in respect of divorce.
However, at Thomas Boyd Whyte we do not think that those people on low incomes should not be able to access legal advice to assist them with divorce.
If you are on benefits, you can divorce for as little as £540.00 all included and that cost can be spread over 11 months.
