We must commend the thorough service…

… we received for the conveyancing over the sale of our house in August. There were some issues, as there usually are with this business but TBW consistently gave us sage advice and we felt they were on our side. In particular, they queried a final invoice from the Estate Agents and suggested holdoing back the payment until it had been investigated. And, probably the most important of all, they gave us a reasonable quote at the beginningand then stuck to it. We are not planning any further house sales for, I hope, a very long time but if we need legal assistance or services again, TBW will be our first call.

Friendly local solicitors…
